Sausage and Venison Jerky Making

We held a sausage and venison jerky making event the last week of March and it went quite well. Then we hosted a wild game pot luck supper as well. A story will appear in The Journal newspaper on these events. Here are some pictures to go with the post here.

Justin, Darin and Xavier work with Mr. Limbrick to get the job done. Hi Mountain provided the seasonings for us and the students enjoyed the experience and the jerky and snack sticks.
