Hunter
Education Course at King George Middle School
Mr. Fike and Mr. Woods will be offering a VDGIF certified
Hunter Education Course at King George Middle School free of charge. We plan on
holding the course October 11-13th from 2:30 until 4:45 each of
those days. The exception is that on Thursday the 13th, the students
will have to take a test and may take a bit longer. We expect to finish on
Thursday by 5 PM. This is contingent on us having at least 20 students sign up.
We will need the information below AND students will need a
ride to arrive at 4:45 promptly in front of the school each day. Students MUST
NOT miss any of the three classes. This is a state requirement. NO exceptions
can be made.
Siblings may attend if they can make the entire 6 hours
(approx.. 2 hours each day) and are attentive, at least 11 years old and a form
is filled out for each attendee.
Parents are more than welcome to attend as well!
If your students wants to bring a snack, we are fine with
that as long as all trash is put in the trashcan and not left in the classroom.
The class will be held in Mr. Fike’s room #143.
